Couples Therapy & Coaching
Cultivate Connection and Intimacy That Lasts
Where Relationships Learn to Breathe Again
Love is one of life’s greatest teachers. Yet even the strongest partnerships can lose their rhythm when stress, miscommunication, or unmet needs begin to take hold.
Whether you’re navigating conflict, recovering from infidelity, or seeking to deepen intimacy, couples therapy offers a structured yet compassionate space for healing and growth.
Together, we’ll explore both the relational and individual dynamics shaping your connection. You and your partner will learn to rebuild trust, rediscover closeness, and create a relationship that feels safe, nourishing, and alive.
“A soulmate is someone who brings you to yourself.”
– Rumi
My Integrative and Systemic Approach
My approach addresses not only the emotional patterns between partners but also the underlying individual experiences that influence them.
As a Marriage and Family Therapist and Relationship Coach, I combine traditional therapy with somatic awareness, attachment theory, and practical communication tools creating a balance between insight and action.
I work with couples across all stages of relationship from those rebuilding after betrayal, to partners redefining intimacy, to engaged couples laying the foundation for a strong marriage. I also provide inclusive, judgment-free support for polyamorous and ethically non-monogamous relationships, power exchange dynamics, and multicultural or long-distance partnerships.
No matter your structure, background, or story, our work together will help you communicate more authentically, connect more deeply, and love more consciously.
